Processing time:

All orders are processed and shipped from Monday to Friday except in the event of public holidays, where all orders received during a public holiday will be processed upon resuming work.  We try our best to offer same day processing and shipping.

Shipping Policy:

Orders are shipped using Express Door to Door Courier services, and most but not all orders are delivered between 3 to 5 working days, however in some rare cases shipping can take up to 15 working days.

In the event of not receiving your order within 15 days of purchase, and have not been contacted by us with an explanation for the delay, please contact us at customerservice@lacure.com.my

Payments:

All Payments are processed and operated by a 3rd party that offers secure payments and is safeguarded against all possible forms of online fraud. In the unlikely event that there is unauthorized use of your card, you must report the incident immediately to your credit card provider.

Out of Stock Products:

In case an item is listed as in stock, however, in fact is out of stock, you will be immediately notified and will have the option of refunding the amount of the out of stock item or replacing it with any other item within the same price range.

Custom Duties & additional Fees:

In the event of Customs Duties or Additional Charges imposed on shipments at the country of destination, the customer will have to bare all charges.

Return policy:

At Lacure Malaysia, the company managing https://lacure.com.my/, we endeavor to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with our products or service, you may opt for a merchandise return or exchange (minus shipping and handling charges) with your original receipt within 7 days from the date of receipt.

  • The product delivered was found to be other than the product ordered.
  • The delivered product was found damaged.
  • The delivered product was found expired.
  • The quantity of delivered product found short
  • The return/exchange policy does not apply to gifts and promotional items.

Shall not entertain any complaint under the following conditions:

  • The products are opened, used, or altered
  • The original packaging (mono cartons, labels, etc.) not produced by the customer
  • The product code or Batch Number of the product tampered

If you bought a product as part of a collection, the entire collection must be returned to receive the exchange. If the value of the exchanged item is lower or of the same value, there will be no refund given. If the value is higher, we will charge the difference.

We apologize that products samples and gifts are not eligible for exchange:

b. If you are returning the product because we made an error and delivered the wrong products, please call us at (+60) 173826067 or email us at custsrv@lacure.com.my. We will schedule a courier pickup and cover the shipping costs.

c. All return packages must be shipped using a service that is able to track packages. You will be able to use the service provider’s online tracking system to find out if we have received the package. Please ship your package prepaid (except for error on our part).

Please allow time for us to receive and process your return. Your replacement items may be sent to you within 30 days from the date we receive the returned merchandise. We will contact you via email upon receipt of the returned product(s).

IMPORTANT NOTES:

We do not accept cash on delivery (C.O.D.) orders.

For returned or exchanged orders, the shipping cost would be on the purchaser’s expense (except for error on our part in delivering the wrong products).
Exchanges are subject to availability. A refund will be processed if the product is unavailable.
Lacure Enterprise cannot assume responsibility for misdirected or lost shipments.

For orders using promotion or discount codes, please place your replacement order as soon as you can because the promotional code may have expired by the time your return is processed.
Cancellations:

Should you no longer wish to receive your order, please contact us at customerservice@lacure.com.my , if the order has not been dispatched, a refund will be offered. However, if the order has already been shipped, the value of the order will not be refunded.
