How to use it
- Stir the mud well before use.
- Cleanse the skin with La Cure Salt Soap or Mud Soap and wash with lukewarm water.
- Place the mud on cleansed skin.
- Leave the mud on the skin for 15-30 minutes, then wash off with lukewarm water.
- It is advisable to use La Cure Moisturizing Cream or Body Lotion after the mud.
- For best results and maximum benefits, it is recommended to use once a week for normal skin or twice a week for skins with problems.
